Black Friday 2026 falls on November 27 and Cyber Monday on November 30. As of September 13, 2026, no retailer has published its 2026 home-gym sale, so there are no Black Friday deals to list yet — and we won’t invent any. What this page does today is the part most deal pages skip: it tells you, from the last few years’ events, which product classes actually go on sale in November, which ones don’t, and whether you should buy now or wait. Every “historically” claim below has a source at the foot of the page.

When deals go live in November, they’ll be posted on this page — each one with a live, dated price from our price layer, never a copied press release number. Until then, the only prices you’ll see here are today’s live prices on our current top picks (section 02) and the products in our rankings that are currently selling below their list price (section 01). Both update with every price refresh.

If you’re here to buy a gift rather than for yourself, our gift guides sort the same gear by recipient and budget in plain language.

What historically discounts in home strength gear — and what rarely does

The direct strength brands run one real sale a year, and it’s November

This is the single most useful thing to know. REP Fitness describes its “Black November” as “REP’s biggest sale of the year (really our only sale of the year)”; in 2025 it ran 10% off everything with code REP10 from November 28 to 30, with weekly rotating rack deals across the month. Rogue Fitness’s “Matte Black Friday” is likewise described as its only big sale of the year, and since 2019 it has stretched across November as “Matte Black November” with new deals weekly. Titan Fitness advertised “up to 65% off site wide” for Black Friday 2025, and Bells of Steel ran up to 30% off select best-selling barbells with 15% off sitewide (code BLK15). XMark — whose Lumberjack bar we rank — posted 15% off bars and plates for November 1–20, 2025 and 20% off racks for November 21 to December 1. If you’re buying brand-direct, November is the window; the rest of the year is mostly list price.

Racks are the class that shows up most reliably

Across the 2025 events we could verify, racks were the common thread: REP built its November around a ten-model rack sale, Titan’s T-2 rack was reported at 15% off, Bells of Steel took 15% off its Hydra and Manticore racks, and XMark’s biggest percentage went to racks. If you’re planning a brand-direct rack purchase and can wait, November is a well-supported bet.

What rarely discounts: the way Rogue does it

Rogue’s November event has historically been structured around select “Hot Deals” on specific inventory, volume “Hundo” pricing on plates and kettlebells (buy more weight, pay less per pound), reduced shipping (“5 ships for $5”) and limited-edition Matte Black Friday colorways — nota flat percentage off its core barbells and racks. Observers reported the Ohio Power Bar at up to $100 off in 2025, but that’s a select-item deal, not a sitewide rule. Rogue also warned in 2021 that deals would be “limited as compared to years past” because of material costs. The honest read: don’t plan around a big cut on a specific Rogue bar; plan around plates, shipping and the exclusives.

Amazon-marketplace brands don’t run on the November calendar

Most of the gear we rank (CAP, Synergee, VEVOR, FLYBIRD, RitKeep, and so on) sells on Amazon, where pricing moves week to week rather than on a brand’s sale calendar. We couldn’t find a source establishing a consistent Black Friday pattern for these listings — so we don’t claim one. What we can do is watch: our price layer refreshes daily and section 01 above shows every tracked product currently under a struck list price. There is one Amazon-specific date worth knowing: Amazon ran its October “Prime Big Deal Days” event on October 7–8 in 2025, an earlier window for Amazon-sold gear. Amazon had not announced 2026 dates when this page was last updated.

What we won’t tell you

What any specific product will cost on November 27, 2026. Anyone quoting a percentage for a deal that hasn’t been announced is guessing. When the deals exist, they’ll be here with a dated price.

04

Buy now or wait for November? By product class

Guidance, not prophecy. 'Wait' means the class has a documented November pattern at the direct brands; 'buy on the live price' means the calendar isn't a reliable signal and the struck list price on our cards is.

Our call:Wait if it's a brand-direct bar; buy Amazon bars on the live price

The direct strength brands (Rogue, REP, Bells of Steel, Titan, XMark) have historically concentrated their bar promotions in November. Amazon-marketplace bars move on their own schedule — the honest signal is a struck list price on the card, not the calendar.

Power & squat racks

Rack rankings

Our call:Wait for November if you can

Racks are the product class that appears most consistently in the direct brands' November events (REP, Titan, Bells of Steel, XMark all featured racks in 2025). If the rack is a need-it-now safety purchase, buy it — a rack you have is worth more than a discount you're waiting on.

Weight plates

Plate rankings

Our call:Full sets: wait. Pairs: buy anytime

Plates are heavy, so shipping is the hidden cost — and November is when direct brands have historically addressed it (Rogue's volume 'Hundo' plate pricing and reduced-shipping offers). A single pair to fill a gap isn't worth waiting two months for.

Our call:Buy on the live price; November is a bonus, not a rule

Benches ride along in sitewide events (REP's 10%-off-everything code covered them in 2025), but we have no source showing benches as a headline November category. If the live price on our card is below its struck list, that's as good a signal as the calendar.

Specialty bars (trap, SSB)

Specialty bar rankings

Our call:Wait if brand-direct; buy Amazon bars when in stock

Bells of Steel's 2025 event put its best-selling barbells at up to 30% off, and specialty bars sit in that catalog. The Amazon-sold trap and safety squat bars we rank go in and out of stock more than they go on sale — a live 'in stock at a fair price' beats a hoped-for markdown.

The one rule that beats the calendar

A discount on the wrong product is still the wrong product. Decide whatto buy from the rankings first — the specs don’t change in November — then use this page to decide when. Our home strength setup cost guide is the place to size the whole purchase before the sale pressure starts.

05

Common questions

When is Black Friday 2026?

Friday, November 27, 2026, with Cyber Monday on November 30. The direct strength brands have historically opened their November events in the first week of the month and run them through the Cyber Monday weekend, so the sale window is wider than the day itself.

Does home gym equipment actually go on sale for Black Friday?

Brand-direct gear does: REP Fitness, Rogue, Titan, Bells of Steel and XMark all ran November events in 2025, and REP and Rogue each describe November as their only real sale of the year. Racks were the most consistent class across those events. Amazon-marketplace brands price week to week rather than on a November calendar, so for those the live price on our cards is the better signal.

Should I buy a power rack now or wait for Black Friday?

If you can wait and you're buying brand-direct, wait — racks appeared in every 2025 November event we could verify. If you're squatting or benching without safeties today, buy now: a rack you have is a safety upgrade, and a discount you're waiting on isn't. For an Amazon-sold rack, check the live price on our card rather than the calendar.

Will you post actual deals here?

Yes. When retailers switch on their 2026 sales in November, verified deals get posted on this page with a live, dated price from our price layer. Until then we list no deals, predict no percentages and invent nothing — the current sections show today's live prices on our top picks and any tracked product currently under its list price.

Are Rogue barbells ever discounted?

Rarely as a flat percentage. Rogue's Matte Black Friday event has historically been built around select hot deals on specific inventory, volume 'Hundo' pricing on plates, reduced shipping and limited-edition colorways. Individual bars have appeared as select deals (the Ohio Power Bar was reported at up to $100 off in 2025), but that's not something to plan a purchase around.
